Analysis of Physical and Mental Workload Using the Job Strain Index and NASA-TLX Methods on CV. SBRC

Excessive physical and mental activity will lead to consequences in the form of workload. The workload caused by demands job if it is lower than ability worker likely cause boredom, on contrary are higher fatigue at work. CV. SBRC a company engaged manufacturing industry, namely production gloves. Production activities still done manually or manpower. This study aims analyze workers SBRC. methods used Job Strain Index NASA-TLX. Based results this study, analysis showed that 9 out 10 processes were included hazardous category. While medium To overcome fall into dangerous category, proposed improvement plan made for these work activities.
 Aktivitas fisik dan yang dilakukan manusia secara berlebihan akan menimbulkan konsekuensi berupa beban kerja. Beban kerja disebabkan oleh tuntutan pekerjaan jika lebih rendah dari kemampaun pekerja kemungkinan kebosanan, sebaliknya tinggi kemampuan maka kelelahan dalam bekerja. adalah perusahaan bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur, yakni produksi sarung tangan. pada masih dengan cara manual atau tenaga manusia.
